Helen Woolston, Environment and Climate Change Co-ordinator for Transport for London said: "Transport for London is working to address climate change by improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and encouraging people to walk, cycle and use public transport. London is the only major world city to have seen a shift away from the private car to public transport, walking and cycling. We always aim to maximise energy efficiency in our office buildings, and are very pleased to take part in the Lights Out London campaign"
